One of Velvet's newest editions in their Rayon Challis collection.  The Betsey top features a sleeveless body with added feminine details with a subtle ruffle at the bottom.  The back features a button closure at the neck.  The rayon challis fabric is ultra soft and comfortable to wear.  Available in Billow (Light blue) and Black.  Fabric is 100% Viscose.  Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.  Made in China.   Measures 37 1/4" bust, 1" below the armhole and 22 5/8" long, measured from the center back.
